                            Eg.  Inspection-Findings through the Vision sense of the physician

Poriyalaridhal-     Findings through the  Sense organal perception
                           Eg.Palpation , percussion,  hearing  ( eg. auscultating the breath sounds of the patient)

Vinadhal-            Asking and talking to the patient to elicit the findings in the patient.  Eg.  Interrogation.
